Dynamics for Marketing Form submission issue : How to stop updation of closed leads from marketing form submission?

We don't want to update closed lead on submission of a marketing form. Only open leads should be updated.

    Hi,

    Please create a Workflow to achieve your request.

    1. Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Processes. Create a real-time Workflow.

    1. Set the Workflow to start before the record fields are changed.

    1. Set the condition as “Status Reason = Qualified”.

    1. Set the step as “Stop workflow with status of Canceled”.

    1. Save and activate it.

    The qualified Lead will no longer be updated after setting the steps above.
