We don't want to update closed lead on submission of a marketing form. Only open leads should be updated.

Hi,

Please create a Workflow to achieve your request.

Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Processes. Create a real-time Workflow.

Set the Workflow to start before the record fields are changed.

Set the condition as “Status Reason = Qualified”.

Set the step as “Stop workflow with status of Canceled”.

Save and activate it.

The qualified Lead will no longer be updated after setting the steps above.
