I've got a pesky network admin asking why company x's database is 2x the size of company z. Company X is hardly used - how can I find out what is happening to satisfy this guy? It doesn't make sense because company x is a small company that is going to go away soon. Company z is our main company

The data file is ok but the log file is extremely large.
Is it ok to do something to that log file? what can be done?
