Error 403 Forbidden when saving a customer record in CE part of Operations

Setting up the Project Operations Finance to CE application. When trying to save a customer record I get this error.

Exception Message: [Forbidden], [{"Message":"Please verify that the user is valid and set up correctly."}], The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

This only happens when saving the record in CE. If i create a customer record in Finance, it successfully syncs to CE. Using the same user on both sides.

Any ideas?

I've hit the same error when trying to generate a record in CE. Did you get a resolution on this?
