Just want to add PO#
So only the items in a Specific PO Quantities are displayed on the Report
So is there a line i can enter then save report as Custom - Item Quantity List
so i can be able to generate this special report

I would modify the Purchase Order report, "Orders - Purchase Order List.qrp". You will need to join the [item] table to this report. Then you will need to add columns based on the purchaseorderentry table, and [item].description at the least, so you know the item name.
