Creating a new exchange rate ID in multicurrency system

I need help for creating a new currency exchage rate ID for an specific client that uses a different exchange rate from the rest of my clients. I know that in the client card you can specify an exchange rate ID but I don't know how to create a new one.

You can check out the Multicurrency management documentation in the Documentation folder where GP is installed in your system.

Just to add valuable suggestion by Tristan, have you created the exchange rate, then give access and create exchange table.
