Hopefully this will help someone out if they run into the same issue. What I found fixed this issue was I had to go into SSRS -> Site Settings and make my Windows User account an administrator on the home page. I am not sure why I had to do that because I had installed SQL and SSRS as this Windows user. Perhaps it is something new with SQL Server 2012?
I just noticed that when I go into SSRS Configuration and look a the Report manager URL, there are two listing there. One that begin with http and the other with https. Do I need to temporarily turn something off to get these reports deployed?
By the way this is GP 2013 on a W2012 R2 server.
