Can I add Lead to Segment? It seems that I can only add contacts to segment choice.

Segment is a collection of contacts, only contact can be added to segment, you could refer to following article for how to market to Lead:

I tried it. It doesn't solve my questions yet. As leads are not my customer/contacts yet, I don't want to mix up leads to contact data.
Is there any other choices to make leads as functional as contacts to Dynamics Marketing?

If I add segment members in different time and date, how I could trigger the customer journey to start function?
Is static or dynamics matters in this case?
As per my understanding, the dynamic segment would be suitable for such as case.
Because a dynamic segment is reevaluated once every hour or so to refresh its member list, so later involved members will start their customer journey shortly once the dynamic segment gets refreshed.

regarding leads and contacts: as for now, lead is always linked to a contact and each contact may have several leads. So when creating a segment, you can eg start from filtering leads by some conditions but you will need to end up with a contact, to have it added to a segment.
Below are examples of leads being connected to contacts that might be used in Marketing:
- leads associated with contacts who have particular properties (such as contacts who have a Microsoft email address—where Email | contains | @microsoft.com).
- leads associated with contacts who belong to accounts with particular properties (such as accounts where Number of employees | > | 500).
