After opening my active opportunities in crm, i am unable to change the because the tabs/buttons for (Rating and Probability) does not show up on the menu.

Please find the attached screen-shot before the issue occurred. There were no changes made on my account roles

I used different browsers (Chrome, fire fox, edge,internet explorer) but the fields(Rating and Probability) does not show-up at all. The day before yesterday the fields were showing up and i was able to changer the rating for the opportunities assigned to me. There were no changes made by our crm admin on my account. The fields(Rating and Probability) just disappeared only on my account, other users are able to change the ratings for opportunities assigned to them. The attached screen shot was just to show the fields that i am talking about. I have not yet tried the unified interface

Sorry, the screenshot isn't clear enough. Can you paste a screenshot and increase the dimensions within the Rich Text editor?

Also, do you see a lock on the fields? Can you try the same in the unified Interface (because, if the field is locked, it doesn't render properly in the v9 interface.)
