We are running CRM 2013 Service Pack 1.  Having some issues with IE11.  Found an Article that says we should be running Rollup 2.  No idea what this means.  Are Rollups and Service Packs the same thing?

    Hi,

Service pack is like a major update and roll up is a minor update in simple words.

    Following article explains the difference.

Following link might be useful to understand the version numbers and the roll up numbers.
