Hi,

we getting a business process error on contact view can suggest me that how will be solved this error.

    Can you please check if any plugin registered on Retrieve/RetrieveMultiple of contact entity.

    I would say to capture Fiddler traffic or use browser dev tools (such as F12) go capture additional details.
