How to track email for each user in the recipient list

Hi, I'm looking to track the same email going to multiple users with their incoming emails tracked to CRM. Currently, if two users are on the same email thread, only one is getting tracked. How can I track both received emails in CRM? Right now, we have some automation running which isn't being triggered because the email in that inbox is not being tracked. In email settings, we already have this setting checked off
