Optimizing a content block with two columns for mobile viewing

I'm trying to build a content block using Real-Time Journeys in D365 that looks like letterhead. I created a section with two columns, but when I send test emails to myself, the columns are not locked when viewing on mobile. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi,

When I select Mobile when previewing, it really doesn't display horizontally.
