In my project there is need for payment mode in sale module. I am new in CRM 2016 online so need your help to integrate payment mode with MSCRM 2016 online.

Within CRM is not very common to have a payment gateway, as there's no place for customers to place orders. The portal could be a place where you would facilitate such a proces. However, the online portals don't support webshop functionality, and thus no payment gateway. Maybe there are ways to build your own, or use the ADXStudio version.
But as far as I know, there's no simple answer to your question. It would also be very helpful if you explain your use case a bit more, so we understand what you are looking for.
Suggest me which payment gateway should use ....?
