Hi All,
We have Android devices configured with Micorsoft Endpoint Manager- Shared Devices mode. We are able to install and use all microsoft apps but for some reason Dynamics 365 Remote Assist app is stuck on "just a moment" screen. The app is installed and prompting for a sign in option. As soon as any user click's on sign in, it goes to "Just a moment" screen with 4 dots pulsing at the bottom. We can't past this screen.
If we use Vanilla android device or personal device then it works fine. Seems like an authentication issue when device is configured in the shared device mode. Anyone manage to get the app working in the Shared device mode?
