Error message when using merge templates in Dynamics 365

In our sandbox environment, I have created a Word document template to provide a quote to our clients from the lead table.

The following message appears when I go to produce the document

Error merging template. One or more errors occurred. (Bad Request

One or more errors occurred.) (Bad Request

/An error occured whilst retrieving the workspace for the entity: lead with id: 8712***********ac3ab/)

Has anyone experienced this before?

1.Download the word template and check placeholders and mapping.

2. Check issue occurring on all the records or specific to only one.

3. if occurring for all the records then create copy and try to drill down the scope by removing the placeholders and fields. In this you will able to find the area which causing the issue.

4. else check the record field and mapping in word template. may be field is null and because of null value you are getting the record.
