As Kevin mentioned, additional information is needed in order to assist.
Once you are to the point of reactivating RMS, the telephone activation numbers are:
866-432-3012
866-542-3062
In testing, I called in to 866-432-3012 to work with a representative on the phone after going through the automatic prompts; and after providing an Installation ID they should provide you with a Confirmation ID.
Here are the steps I used:
- I called 866-432-3012.
- Accepted the agreement.
- Entered the provided number to validate.
- I said "it's something else" after the 1st prompt.
- I said "other business product" after the 2nd prompt.
- Validated call back number.
- Entered 1 stating I was calling from the US.
- I was then transferred to a representative on the phone; and stated I was trying to activate Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System.
- The representative verified they could activate RMS
In the past this involved:
1. Provide the installation ID showing on the RMS screen
2. Representative will validate the Installation ID.
3 The representative should then provide the confirmation ID.
Enter the Confirmation ID to activate the product.

This is less than 3 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date, but technical support will not be available.
I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
