Deletion of user personal dashboards by admin - cloud solution

Dear all,

we moved to the cloud and try to clean up the system with not used personal Dashboards. how To delete the personal dashboard by admin? It was possible in the OnPrem, but how to manage in the cloud?

Or assign by admin to a key user for the deletion?

Hi,

You can also delete Personal Dashboards and Personal Views programmatically.

UserForm : User-owned dashboard docs.microsoft.com/.../userform

UserQuery : Saved database query that is owned by a user docs.microsoft.com/.../userquery

You can retrieve the relevant ones and delete.

Hi partner,

We will use XrmToolBox's "Personal User Views Migration" tool to delete personal dashboards.

This is the download page for XrmToolBox: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

After unzipping it, open XrmToolBox.exe.

Install "Personal User Views Migration" in the tool library.

Connect to your D365 organization.

Open "Personal User Views Migration".

Click Load CRM Users

Select a user

Click Load user's dashboard

Select all dashboards

Click Delete
