Upload a file to SharePoint document location throwing error in Dynamics 365

Hi,

I have enabled the document management feature to upload files into SharePoint from Dynamics 365.

I selected a file for the "File upload " field and click ok on the Upload Documents screen (refer to image 1).

I am getting an error "No file is selected. To continue, select a file to import" (image 2).

If I click ok to the error screen and click again to "Ok" button from the upload documents screen, the file is uploaded.

It seems like the system needs some time to upload the file. Therefore I need to correct the error message something like "file is in process of uploading". I am not sure where to find the system error. Could you please guide me on where I can find the system error to modify the appropriate error?

I might need to check if the "File upload" field is empty or has value, then I throw an appropriate error message. Thank you, Siva
