Multiple Shipping Locations

We have our monthly stocking orders for our major distributors.  We have our main warehouse where most shipments originate, but we also have an offsite location where we store pallets of items.  Is it possible to have one major stocking order with two sites to pull from?  For example, we might have one item for a case,which would ship from the warehouse, but the item for 480 cases (4 pallets) we would pull that from the offsite location.

    Hi--

     Are you talking about a sales order with multiple locations to pull from?  Yes, that is possible.  But you will need two lines on the sales order, one for the case and another for the pallets.  When you are on the line item in Sales transaction entry, you can click the Show Details icon (to the right, in the header for the line items, a white circle with blue arrows) to display the Site ID for the line item.  You can change it there.

     Another option is when you fulfill the line item, if a shortage is encountered, you can choose the Distribute option in the Sales Quantity Shortage Options window which will allow you to select to fulfill the line item from multiple sites.
