I've created a custom entity, with a then a custom form and custom fields.
As the administrator, I have published these and can see them in my menu / view the list and open the form with all the details.
I've added the custom entity to the permissions of the security role of another user (giving them organisation level access).
There is no security on any of the fields in the form.
When the user logins into Dynamics, they can see the menu, get to the list view, but if they click on any of the items in the list or create their own new one - they can only see two fields...
I am not sure what else to do make this available for others to use within the organisation?
