Planning Worksheet not respecting Demand Forecast for all Items in a BOM

Hello All,

I have placed my forecast demand on "Demand Forecast card" as follows.

Item No - 109700

BOM Level - 0

Forecast Qty - 30

But when I run my planning worksheet, I can see the MRP respecting Demand Forecast for Level 0 and Level 3 items but not for Level 2.

I am wondering where I am going wrong. Tried a lot of things but no avail.
