Does anyone know if the AD groups (ReportingGroupName, SqlAccessGroupName, PrivReportingGroupName ) get populated when creating a CRM user?

All users are added to the Reporting Group when they are created - only the service accounts are added to the SqlAccess and PrivReporting Groups
