Why is the actual expenditure not being calculated in the Budget Analysis report?

Budget Analysis report
Installed platform version : Update69 (7.0.7690.33)

Created the purchase order (PO), confirmed, received, invoiced (posted), and finalized it, completing all required steps. However, the Budget Analysis report shows zero actual expenditure. Other reports, such as Budget Control Statistics, display the actual expenditure correctly.
Question: Why is the actual expenditure not being calculated in the Budget Analysis report?

Budget controls:

Budget analysis report

Encumbrances are showing as expected
Actual expenditure is zero

Encumbrances are showing as expected

In budget controls statistics report shows as expected: Included all transactions process through PO and invoice journals
Total PO amount = $100.00
Total Invoice journal amount (Non-PO base invoice) = $10.00

Hi Shahid,

Please check whether this feature is enabled or not in your environment:

If this is enabled, then balance will be updated with process automation batch job.

Reference of X++ code:

For Budget Control Statistics, the logic is not dependent on this above feature.

The "Performance enhancement for general ledger dimension set balance calculation" feature is not enabled. This issue affects only one client across all environments (Test, UAT, and PROD). For your information, the Budget Analysis report is functioning as expected for all other clients.

Hi,

Is the actual expenditure correctly reflecting in the trial balance for same combination? Please confirm, and you can also try once running the Rebuild balances from Financial Dimension set page.

Yes, the balances in the trial balance are correct.

Rebuilding the balances (Financial dimensions set) had no impact.
