My users want to set an email regarding an Opportunity that is already Won, but when they type the name in the Outlook Dynamics 365 app, the search would not give them the result. Which views do I need to modify to solve the issue?

I believe you should apply the change to "Quick Find View"'s filter
Thank you, Andrew! Thanks to your answer I was able to see that the default view was Opportunities Lookup and I have edited the filter there.
