Data sharing between Dynamics 365 instances

Hi Team,

I am working on a POC wherein I need to see if I can share data between two instances of Dynamics CRM.

Both of my instances are online. Can anyone guide me/share inputs if any?

I am intersted in sharing Case(incident) entity data across instances, mostly on views for a particular customer.

    Hi,

    Did you take a look at the common data service, common data model? Maybe you could also use microsoft flows.

    Hey Guillaume,

    Thank you for your quick response! Could you please share some more info about common data model, data service? Not sure if using Flow I can get data from two instances, I've seen it working for one instance. Thank You.

    Hi,

    I posted in this thread the concept of CDS. community.dynamics.com/.../261269

    You basically have 2 instances and a Common Data model in the middle(database) which pipe the new data to the other systems
