Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

item already exists in collection

I'm trying to import sales batch by using integration manager but for some reason, I keep receiving this message, is there anyone can help me with this issue ?

    It wasn't the update that causing the problem, it was the way I was setting up my distribution, anyway I figured it out.

    Apply the latest Integration Manager service pack for your version of Dynamics GP (mbs.microsoft.com/.../MDGP2013_IMServicePacksHotfixes)
