Microsoft sales copilot configure new contact creation

The feature to create new contacts in Copilot for Sales is not showing, event if I have enabled in Copilot for Sales admin settings. Any ideas?

    Could you post a screenshot? According to documentation, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-sales-copilot/create-contact-crm-sales-copilot#one-external-contact, options to add should display either on teams or Outlook.  Which app this is happenign on your side?  Have you confirmed that Copilot is enabled on the org?
