I am facing an issue where the impact of my custom topics is not occurring on the D365 F&O site (when prompting on the D365 F&O Copilot Sidecar).
Previously, I was working on different environment with a separate user on Copilot Studio. Now, I am working in another environment that has the same access and permissions as my previous environment's user.
I imported all my custom topics from the previous environment to this new one. However, after publishing, the topics are not giving the correct response when prompting. I also created a sample topic, tested it on the D365 Sidecar after publishing, but it still did not show the expected results.
In contrast, everything works perfectly fine in my previous environment. Additionally, I tested this custom topic on the test Copilot Sidecar, and it responded correctly, but it is not responding on the D365 Sidecar.
Can anyone suggest a solution or let me know if there are any additional accesses or configurations I might be missing?
