Privilege to access contact information under Personal contact

Can someone tell me what privilege I need to add to be able to access Contact information under Personal contact under Employees (Employees-Select a employee-Person-Personal Contacts)?

I've added the roles Human resource assistant and Human resource manager, but that isn't enough. I can see everything but "Contact Information (phone, email etc)".

The screen shot is taken with system administrator role.

Hi Henrik,

The privilege mentioned by Mohit providing access to the contact details. You can read my blog how to find related menu items for e.g. the address and contact details: Securing a menu item is not enough - form parts - Dynamicspedia

You can also create a new privilege with the menu item mentioned by Girish.

After you added the permissions, you also need to check if the contact details are marked as private. In that case, you should also set up private location security: About the private location security in Finance & Operations and Human Resources - Dynamicspedia

Yes, Mohit is correct, 'EssPersonalDetailsContactInfoSubmitter' is a privilege that uses the menu item "'EssMyLogisticsContactInfoGrid" which is related to contact info form.

You can try assigning that privilege and check.

Hi, You can try adding 'EssPersonalDetailsContactInfoSubmitter' security privilege.

Try assigning "LogisticsContactInfoMaintain" privilege and then check.

Thanks for your answer but that doesn't give you the correct (all) information. Personal Contacts is in a sub form and it looks like the security tool doesn't analyse sub forms.

You can use Security diagnostics option to view the related security objects.

Its available under Options >> Security Diagnostics.
