Cannot publish a journey

I made a trial for Dynamics Marketing in order to look for the new features in Real time marketing. But I can't publish the journey because of this mistake: 

The journey cannot be published as the Marketing app is still being installed in the background. Try publishing again in a few minutes.

Even though it is installed in the background and it is up to date (the newest version). Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi Simona,

    This may be a bug in the installation of the new version, perhaps you need to open one ticket to Microsoft support:

    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
