We have used Microsoft CRM 2016 on-premise.
We have a requirement to auto track email with the CRM users which is available in our crm Contacts.
Whenever incoming email come into inbox then automatically track with CRM user if it is available in our crm contact. now what happen is if contact is not available in crm then it creates new contact. in our case we do not want to create new contact for the emails which is not there in our crm contact list.
In outlook, inside CRM menu personal settings Email tab we have done settings display in screen. here we have not selected automatic contact creation rules. but i can't figure out irrespective of these settings contact is created.
