Dear Microsoft Copilot Studio Support Team,
We have integrated SharePoint and OneDrive knowledge into our system and are working on integrating these with Microsoft Teams. However, we are encountering issues where some users are not receiving correct responses. Specifically, the issues are as follows:

Unresponsive Bot Responses:
- Users receive the message: "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?"

Escalation Issues:
- Users are informed: "Escalating to a live agent is not currently configured for this bot, however this is where the bot could provide information about how to get in touch with someone another way. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
While other users are experiencing smooth functionality, these issues persist for some. Could someone help us on resolving these inconsistancy issues to ensure consistent and correct responsiveness for all users?
