SQL error 'SUSER_SNAME' cannot be involved with parameters in this version of SQL server

We have an integration that integrates sales orders in Dynamics NAV.  We're running into the following error message:

SQL error 'SUSER_SNAME' cannot be involved with parameters in this version of SQL server

Any idea what could be causing this?  Do note that we're using NAV managed service.

Thanks

seems that you run the suser_sname command with wrong parameters.

for details of usage follow docs.microsoft.com/.../suser-sname-transact-sql

    Thanks Jonathan

It turns out the user ID was not showing under "Users".
