I'm facing some issues when trying to follow the tutorial in this web page: http://d365tour.com/en/microsoft-dynamics-d365o/synchronization-contacts-outlook/ .
When trying to run the Microsoft Outlook setup wizard in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Common module, I get a couple errors:
"The remote server returned an error. (401) Unauthorized."
"Could not communicate with Microsoft Outlook client."
Now, the Outlook is installed together with the whole Microsoft Office 365 package, and is open during the setup wizard as the tutorial suggests. It seems, that Microsoft Dynamics still cannot see the Outlook client, which, my best guess, result in the first unauthorized error. Does anybody have any experience with Outlook integration into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and could point me in the right direction where the problem occurs and what possible solutions are for it. Thanks a lot!
