CRM 2016 installation error just before copying Files

We are installing CRM 2016 test environment.All the requirements are green checked.Installation user is a member of domain and also in admin group at domain controller and local computer.SQL Server is at the same domain and the installation user is also admin at sql server and has login rights to sql server.We installed developer environment to different domain with all same configuration.But at this installation,we are getting error while copying files it stops at this step

"Name = .SiteWideCleanup, Description = Add site-wide cleanup job, Target = OnPremise, SPLA"

and a little bit after it gives 

"Invalid user name. Failed to validate username for given domain. Only existing domain usernames and email addresses are allowed" error message.

.Our configuration was already same what is recommended at the link below.
