Dear All,

As we know that AX 2012 R3 is 3 Tier architecture
Tier 1 : Client
Tier 2 : AOS
Tier 3 : Database

Could you please let me know what about Dynamics 365 architecture ?
Means like Tier 1, Tier 2 , Tier 3 ??

Please give me more shed on this.

Thanks!

Arpan Sen

Assuming that you're talking about Dynamics 365 for Operations (as Dynamics 365 includes several other products), it's the same, except of the fact that we now have a web client instead of aa windows application. There is still an application tier and a database.

You might want to read Architecture changes in Microsoft Dynamics AX on AX wiki.

    Thanks Martin

    Cloud architecture : 3 Tier

    Tier 1 : LCS

Tier 2 : MS Dynamics AX

Tier 3 : Shared Microsoft Services

This is basic architecture of Dynamics 365 for Operation right?

Apart form that we have different architecture of Development environment.

Please give me more shed on this.

    Thanks!

Well, there are obviously different meanings of "architecture". Your originally question and your reply are about completely different topics.
If you don't know which kind of architecture you mean, we can't have any meaningful discussion. Please think about what you're trying to achieve.

    Martin,

i am assuming the architecture in basis of Tier 1,Tier 2 etc. for Dynamics 365 for Operation.

If it's not correct please let me know.

    Thanks!
