Does your vendor resource no 1010 actually exist?
Have you tried making the selection from the operation number field, which should fill in the other ones automatically provided that everything else is setup correctly?

Yes resource no 1010 actually exist ,i tried making add resource name from wrktable(name) because i want to read automatically in resource name when create operation number .if any solution for this please help me
Can you explain a bit more about what you try to achieve in detail?
If you include a process step in your route and assign the specific resource no 1010, the standard application can actually do what seems to be the issue.
Yet, when you say that you want to read something automatically, I would suspect that you have a more complex production process behind and it would be great if you could explain a bit more about this process.

finally i solved this issue but i want know how to add one more column(resource name) from table( wrkTable) in this form near resource number
I WANT TO ADD ONE MORE COLUMN (Name) FROM WrkCtrTable in this form near resource ,form name ProjJournalTransRoute
for example if add column how to read the data automatically in to new added column(Name ) while creating New ???

Can't you achieve this through a personalization of this form?
It worked in my case and I think it should also work in your case.
i can achieve resource column from table (ProdJournalRoute) (resource =WrkCtrId)
but I cant achieve name column this through a personalization of this form and also i cant find respective field in this table(ProdJournalRoute)

Probably check this name field and the other ones in the people and global address book table whether they include the information you are looking for.
