As I understand it, even though a segment has a refresh rate property, it cannot be modified.
Is there a link to MS Doc discussing this item? I know it can be done for MS Insights, I just want to be sure that there is or is not a possibility of having the ability to change a refresh rate.
I am aware that you can use a "static segment" which can be refreshed manually.
