Nodus TransactServer fails to post to GP 2015

We are in the midst of a migration from gp 10 to gp 2015. We have set up a brand new environment and as far as we know we have everything we need installed and configured. One of our critical programs isn't working - when it tries to post a book transaction type to GP 2015 by calling Transaction.booleanPost() it returns false. Clearly, something is not right, but we are at a loss to understand what is wrong. Where can I get help, either from Dynamics or Nodus, to help us resolve these critical issues?

    We finally figured out that the eConnect service was not running on our development machine. The people who installed it used an invalid security login and so the service was never started. I am greatly disappointed that this was never mentioned in the Nodus documentation.

    Start with Nodus Support (contact info above). Using Credit Card Advantage (another one of their products) I needed new builds when moving from GP 10 to GP 2013 of both their framework and CCA products.
