I have updated a label on a button in Sandbox, but when I try to move that solution over to prod, the solution installs with no errors, but the button label never gets updated. There are also no active layers showing. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Have you checked 'solution layer' of it?
Could you provide screenshots about it?
