We are working on configuring the Dynamics 365 Portal Self service Portal, where a contact once setup and signed in can create and Submit Orders, which get registered in CRM.
As part of this requirement, we are required to build a Contact Us Page, wherein a contact should be able to submit a request which should then create a ticket in a third party ticketing system that we use.
But what we DO NOT need is that when the contact enters his details like Firstname, Lastname, email etc to be stored in CRM(If I create an Entity Form/Web Form & Web page for Contact Us with these fields, I guess once the contact submits this contact information will be stored in CRM).
So trying to understand if there is a way that we can create a Contact Us form, which will take the Contact's info, along with the issue details and NOT store that info in CRM, but pass it to the ticketing system to generate a ticket ?
