How to Restore Default Leads Page under Form Editor

I wanted to change some things in our Leads - I went in under form editor and made several changes, but would like to restore the default form. Only the form needs to be restored, not the entire program of CRM. Is there a way to restore defaults under form editor?

Hello,

The only way is to take customization of lead entity form from fresh installation on CRM and import to your CRM.

What i usually do in situations like this is spin up a new crm online trial, export the entity you want to go back to default and import into your crm.
