How to see those users in the BC365 console to give them the relevant permissions.
Hi,
Adding users:
To add users on BC SaaS you first need to add user as a Microsoft 365 user and then assign Business Central license to that user.
To add user on BC On Prem you can go to users page and then add new user with information related to authentication.
Giving Permissions:
After a user is added you can assign permissions from user card.

Go to the user page and make sure you have synced your users with Auzue AD
Then you should see all your users in your user page and can assign them permissions.
