I'm in a test environment using the Docusign app. I did the entire configuration step by step and the buttons appear in the Opportunity. But when I click on any button in Docusign, it shows me the following error: /Error with DocuSign User configuration.Please contact your administrator to correct the issue./
The users were entered in the settings, the docusign account is the same as the one integrated into the CRM and the users have access permission, a document has been inserted in Notes.. How to solve?
Also, create support ticket with Docu Sign Team because it is third party solution.
