Sample Data not loading?

I am trying to load the sample data for Marketing into our sandbox environment. I have followed the instructions on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/additional-settings . It appears to be loading the data, but regardless of how long I let it run, when I go back to the screen it says "Sample Data has been removed".

Any suggestions? I have a demo that I REALLY need this data for!

Hi Amy,

We had a bug on earlier releases where the sample data was actually installing but the "Sample Data has been removed" instruction was always showing. Are you running the current version of the product? If you go to your contact list, do you see sample contacts from Fabrikam and Contoso? If so, then the data has been installed. If you cannot get this working in time, I would suggest you download a trial for your demo.
