Connecting PowerBI from Tier1 environment

I created Azure SQL database on Azure and then configured AXDW db. I can connect db from SQL Server Management Studio. But when I try to refresh entity store, login error happened.

I am using same password as LCS login.

I doubted setting of we config but seems no problem.

Could you please tell me how to solve this issue?
