Security Permission(s) for 'Download Template for Import'

Does anyone know which distinct permission in CRM will allow a user to 'Download Template for Import'? I have a user that seems to have all Import privileges - is this a Misc Privilege?

For a user to download import data template on the CRM server it is necessary a lot of different privileges, for example to import data template ntemplate on the Account entity, you will need to have privileges to read records on this entity, and many others.,

A good approach would be to copy an. existent security roles and then remove what you are sure you won't need, if you still receving errors. you can enable the tracing and there will be explicit what privilegie is missing.

Yes, I am finding that. We will stick to our preferred process of having CRM Admins perform this function rather than users (sales reps/managers). Thanks.
