Hi Experts,

Is vendor warranty working in D365 asset management.

Q1->As per MSDN documentation, if a work order is created during the period of warranty, then system gives a notification to cancel the WO. But this is not working.

Q2->How to create a step warranty. Example->>100% warranty for the 1st 2 years and then 40% warranty for the next 1 Year. Does D365 fo support creation of such kind of warranty agreement.

Hi Pranav,

1.Do you set up a warranty on an asset type or an asset? If yes, you can get a notification.

2.Have you checked the form in below screenshot?
