SQL error when creating Correcting JE's

I have a client that receives the following error message when he creates a correcting JE.  He can click ok on the message, and it will let him create the entry and post.  We want to get rid of the error message!

    Hi Erik,

    This error is due to corruption in table and explained in Microsoft KB. Please take a backup before doing this. Please click here to see the post where the solution given.

    We are receiving the error for all users on each of their workstations.  They are creating the JE from the GP screen no custom application.

    Hi,

    Client is creating JE from GP screen or from some custom application?

    Did you recieve error on every machine or in one ?  If on one computer then need to reinstall GP with correct service pack.

    Apparently my print screens didn't save with the question.

    The stored procedure glpPostBatch returned the following results: DBMS: 16924, Microsoft Dynamics GP: 0.
