Hi,
Anybody has issues with system created appointments in D365? These are internal or personal appointments in outlook and they synced to D365 without being tracked. Owner is the organiser, appear on the User's record in D365, but user states it's not them tracking and the created by is system. I thought with the Outlook app you can't automatically track appointments, you either have to track them or set regarding.
Any suggestion what could cause the issue?
